Hello! My name is Aaron Fown, and I'm a scientist.

I'm also a techie, and an AV nut. And it's the Great Depression II, so why not try and do something different? I decided a little while back that upon graduation I would try my hand at this new media, which is even now rising up to swallow the old media. Better to ride the wave than to be crushed beneath it, I say. And why not; the lamestream media has been dropping the ball on science, technology, and it's relation to culture and human evolution for years! I can surely do a better job than some poor schlub they took off the sports beat, and I can definetly do better than the editors, who seem to have no concept of what a relevant science story is.

So, if you want a newness obsessed story on yet another diet pill, or the latest patent sunscreen, probably best to watch CNN.
